In this edition of Art Speak I share the story of turtle, and the various times and ways turtle has delivered teachings to me. As always, I encourage you to discover the unique meanings each animal holds for you.

As you can tell from the title, the maine message from Turtle is flow. Why do we think things have to be so hard? We have a goal or a dream and we think it is going to take blood, sweat, and tears to achieve it. Of course there are things we have to do to help bring dreams to life...but maybe it is not as hard as we make it. Take a lesson from turtle and find the flow, jump in the current, go for a ride. Relax and play!
