Unleash your creative soul with a full-day Soul Path Art workshop. Through creativity, art, & guided meditation you will release blocks and connect to your inner wisdom, remembering the truth: that you are the artist of your life. You will learn an easy 4-step painting process, and paint without pressure to create, but for the joy and the experience of being present with a feeling you want more of in your life.

You are a life artist

Soul Path Art workshops begin with a series of fun and easy exercises, like the soul scribble, that quiet the inner critic and give our right-brains a creative warm up. We spend so much time in our left brains, making lists, planning, worrying, organizing, controlling, that our right-brains, the seat of our soul, the key to connecting to the deeper meaning in our lives, are often so neglected that we believe, incorrectly, that we are not creative!

The truth is we are all creative...and our greatest masterpiece is the life we live. But sometimes we do not feel as if we are the creators of our experience. We feel overwhelmed, fearful, confused, disconnected. A Soul Path Art workshop is a sacred space where we can sink in to ourselves, quiet the thoughts that rule our day-to-day experience, and listen to our inner wisdom.

Creating intentionally.

Soul Path Art is all about the intention. It is about listening within for the spark, the desire, the longing, and then imagining into that desire, and taking it to the canvas.

It can feel challenging to identify what we desire. This is because we are so out of practice listening to our inner wisdom. In fact, for some of us, we have become very skilled and IGNORING that inner voice! The first portion of every workshop is, therefore, devoted to listening to the messages from within, and getting very clear about our intention.

And now we create.

Even if you are an absolute novice, you will feel confidence and freedom as I guide you through the 4-step process I use for all my paintings. As we create, we keep the vision of our desire in our mind, meditating on our intention.

You may choose to keep your painting abstract, or create a mandala, butterfly, owl or other focal image expressive of your dream with my guidance and support. Joy, pictured here, is a professional photographer who had never painted! So you see, absolutely no previous experience is needed.

Seriously, no art experience needed

Soul Path Art is for everyone, regardless of your experience! The truth is that we are ALL creative, and we have all stopped our creative flow at some point. It may have been a friend, teacher, family member, or just that voice of inner criticism that stopped you from expressing yourself creatively. Soul Path Art is so powerful because it helps us identify the limiting beliefs and blocks which stop us from living the life we desire, from CREATING the life of our dreams. And no art background is needed. In fact, the less artistic you think you are, the more powerful your experience can be!. Sign up HERE

Meet Larissa

In August 2016 I felt disconnected, and sensed that I was making choices and decisions for the wrong reasons...from fear. So I made a pledge not to make any major decisions until I was unified, listening to my inner guidance. After several months of inner work and soul searching, in January 2017, a dream showed me I could use painting as a daily meditative practice to create the future. I broke out my forgotten art supplies and dusted off my skills. I started drawing my cats (you can see these photos on instagram (https://www.instagram.com/larissadavis.soulpathart/) and immediately noticed how drawing brought me to a meditative state where the endless stream of thoughts in my mind slowed and quieted. I now share these amazing techniques with others in hopes that they, too, will find unity and unleash their true selves!
