Grace moved me to tears and silenced me to awe as she appeared. She was not preconceived, but emerged. Even the dragonfly, flower, and peace sign were there, just asking me to give them a little extra sparkle. My challenge was to do just enough to let things shine and not a stroke more. It was an exercise in surrender and trust. Grace marks a turning point in my process. It was hinted at in Freedom Horse Green and Be Unstoppable, but is more fully expressed here. This painting is a portal to a part of myself I had almost forgotten.
