If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.


For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to return any defective or damaged goods in Your Order within 14 days for a store credit for the amount paid for the goods excluding shipping. The item must be returned in original packaging.

The Goods must be postmarked within 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

We will issue a credit in the form of a coupon code to You at the email address used for the original Order no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the Goods.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging
    You return the Goods with the original receipt

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
  • Workshops (Including any live, in-person event)
  • Live Online Courses (Creative Goddess Academy, My Spirit Animal Intuitive Painting Journey)

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Live Online Courses

All online courses are subject to a 21-day money-back guarantee. In order to qualify for the guarantee, You must meet these conditions:

  • —Request the refund within 21 days of the start of the course by sending an email to
  • — Complete the first 2 modules of the course
  • —Send completed materials for modules 1 and 2 in digital form (photos, PDF) to within 21 days of the start of the course along with an email explaining why you are requesting the refund
  • —Fill out the Online Course Refund Questionnaire within 30 days of the start of the course start date

  • Once the above conditions are met, you will receive a refund of the price paid for the online course minus a $20 processing fee. The refund will be issued to the payment method used for the Order.


Retreats fall outside the conditions of this page. See your Retreat Agreement and Liability Waiver for all terms governing youyour retreat.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
