The following terms are applicable for any items that you received from LarissaDavis.com.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
- Service refers to LarissaDavis.com.
- Website refers to LarissaDavis.com, accessible from https://larissadavis.com
- Items refer to the items offered on LarissaDavis.com.
- Orders means a request by You to receive an item offered on LarissaDavis.com.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
Except in the case of a custom commissioned work, you can cancel an order anytime up to and until it has shipped.
If you have received your order, you may return the undamaged, unused Items for a full refund of the purchase price excluding shipping within 14 days from the date your received them. You are responsible for return shipping.
To make a return, inform Larissa of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform Larissa of your decision by:

I will issue a refund to the card or service you paid with no later than 14 days from the day on which I receive the undamaged, unused Items.
Conditions for Returns
Larissa Davis Sovereigns are not eligible for returns. For Items to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- They were ordered in the last 14 days
- They are in the original packaging
- They are unused and undamaged
You return the Items with the original receipt
The following Items cannot be returned:
- Larissa Davis Sovereigns cannot be returned but can be traded for other available Larissa Davis Sovereigns and with other collectors on the private Telegram group for collectors here: https://t.me/+bJaabJD0ne5iZDk5.
- Items made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- Items which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
I reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in Larissa's sole discretion.
Original Artwork
Larissa Davis© retains all rights to the images of original art belonging to and created by Larissa, and how those images are used. You may only share images of the original art for personal, non-commercial use when a credit to Larissa Davis and a link to https://larissadavis.com are included.
Returning Items
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning Items. Send returns to:

I am not responsible for Items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, insured and trackable mail service is recommended. I am unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
