Beyond the Limit
$4,400.00
The signature piece of my Beyond the Limit series. As the cheetah runs through an abstract landscape, poppies are pulled into the vacuum of its speed, and petals float in the air around it.
Poppies remind me of The Wizard of Oz, where a field of them puts Dorothy to sleep to keep her from reaching her goal. This cheetah shreds the poppies…nothing will stop it!
Painted over messy, drippy mixed media layers, there is writing hidden underneath. Can you guess what it says?
48 x 36 inches. Original oil and pure gold leaf over mixed media on 1.5″ deep stretched canvas. Signed on the front and back. Ready to hang.
